spiel stürzt dauernt ab ...

mein problem ist es das es immer abstürtzt.

Bin mir nicht sicher, ob der Impulse Decoder für den Sound zuständig ist aber stell mal in der ryzom_config_rd.exe den Softwaremodus für Sound aus und evtl. die Anzahl der Tracks runter.

Sicher bin ich mir auch nicht, aber ein Freund hatte aehnliches Problem

Wir haben im Bios die AGP Einstellungen ueberprueft und siehe da, es war ein falscher Wert eingestellt. Er hat dann das Game zusaetzlich noch auf OpenGL umgestellt und seitdem laeuft es perfekt. Evtl. nicht die Ursache des Problems, aber vielleicht hilft es ja. Aktuelle Treiber sowie dirctx9c sollten auch installiert sein.

danke für die tipps, aber sie haben nicht geholfen.

nach einigen blue screens mit irq crash, habe ich mir ein neues board gekauft und siehe da: es läuft.
hatte bisher keine probleme, ausser dass der schatten 4-eckig ist.

weiss da jemand was man tun kann??

Bei mir stürzte das Spiel auch dauernd ab und ich habe EAX deaktiviert, nur 24 statt 32 sounds und mittlere Einstellung für die Texturen genommen - seit dem funktioniert es gut ... hoffe ich ;)

Bei mir wars auch so.
Habe EAX - Software Sound Abgestellt und die Tracks auf 16 bzw 8 gestellz.
jetzt glappts. Kann auch am Virzuellen Speicher von Windows liegen da gilt: Lade am Windows start nicht alles in Speicher.
