Cant connect cause shard error??

the game will let me log in but when i go to accept the license agreement it has and error and shard is not available??? what do i do to log in or can this be fixed somehow??

they say it was going to be down for 2 hours starting at 10:00 ET. so atm we have 20min left

I'm getting the same error.
I've gone to the "Server Status" page and it says it's "Open"

Read the post on downtime --- 10 am EST to Noon ... which makes the Status Page unreliable now ...

Perhaps there's a problem with the update that allows the Tab to Password thingie??

Restarting the computer didn't help ....

Hope it's fixed by the time I get home from work ... otherwise I'll be destined to do housework <mega sigh>!
