If you ordered from ebagmes and did not get your pre-order code

I reiterate. I recieved the email when the package was shipped.

I've had my box for nearly 12 hours and still haven't even received a shipment confiirmation. I have, however, received my pre-order code twice now (yes it was the same code in both emails) and both emails appologized profusely for the problem.

I should have added that I used the online help (click contact EBgames on the order status page before logging in to check order status) to request the code.

For what it's worth...

I have had my game since yesterday morning... I worked my homin for about 10 hours without a problem...

I ordered from EB Games, I did not recieve my email with the pre-order code. The game works just fine without the code, and it's little more than a decoration, that isn't even implemented yet (<NotExistpre_order.sitem> - They said 5 week, but I expect the Dev's will have it sooner).

I did call EB Games just prior to responding here, let them know I have my game but still lack my pre-order goodies. They stated they are waiting on additional codes from the manufacturer and expect this to happen today.

Small potatoes, like many of the other gripes I am seeing posted here... get your game, relax and start your homin on it's way. The CSR team will work with Nevrax to take care of us, we have seen that in the past and I expect that to never stop. It is vital to any game of this sort...

I hope to see you homins in Atys soon, I will wave even if you have no armlet
