Thanks for your all your bug reports regarding the last patch. We have been able to repair many bugs already. We thank you for taking the time to send us the problems you encountered.

Some issues are still open at this time. Below you will find a list of the currently known issues and, if applicable, a workaround. We will be fixing these bugs very soon.

In the meantime, you can enjoy a 50% chance of improving elements (instead of the 5% originally intended). We will be fixing this in the next patch, but we will not set the rate to 5% but to around 30%, so as to encourage you to use improved components while still giving them a certain rarity.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and we thank you for your support.

1 - Scrollmaker:
When a player harvests he doesn't get any components. To work around this bug, team with another Scrollmaker with the same mission. One player harvests, the other gets the component.

2 - In some missions:
When player wants to give an item to a NPC, the window opens; the item is grayed but he can't give his item.
Player have to right-click on another NPC and then back to give the component.

3 - Cartographer:
Second mission is hard to do when player don't get all the items to give to Cartographs at Zora. This will be looked at.

4 - All occupations:
The grade in your identity window is shown incorrectly after you do a mission of lower grade than your current grade. Example: If you are grade 2 and do a grade 1 mission, the window will show you that you are grade 1. This is just a visual bug, you will still progress normally, you just can't see your current XP.

5 - Improvement items are used even if they are on a packer.

6 - There is no way back from Almati Wood to mainland if you do not have any TPs.

7 - Textual errors:
  • Medic text error: 8 inches is used instead of 8 hours.
  • Some missing text on the first Cartographer gathering mission.
  • Butcher text error: "cubed" is used instead of "moderately" for salted option.
  • Water carrier text error: "was" is used instead of "cask".
  • Missing text when being asked if you really want to do a lower grade mission.
8. When starting a mission of a lower grade than you are, you will be asked if you want to continue. Selecting "no" will still lock the mission for 20h.

9. Grade 2 missions for Cartographer sends you to Haven of Purity. This should have been Maiden Grove.

Not bugs but good to know:
* Players cannot use improved tool (from toolmaker occupation) to increase the productivity by 10% when use improved components.

* If you take more than 5 minutes to complete your mission, you will lose all components.

Dear players,

As you have probably noticed, it was not possible to log into the game, forum or CeB, and you could not visit our website this morning.

Originally, we planned to deploy a small patch, which was intended to take no more then 30 minutes. But while we were implementing the patch on the Shards, we experienced several attacks on our environment, which made it impossible to access the servers for several minutes, and there for we were not able to apply the patch immediately.
When all the connection problems were solved, we proceeded with patching and verification as usual, and brought the Shards back online.

Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience, this was completely beyond our control.

Regarding the patch:

- You can now convert your old maps from the scrollmaker at the intendant in the city hall of Zora.
- You can now leave Almati Woods if you have a mission there (even if you do not have a teleporter pact), NPC’s have been added for this purpose.

Also take note: Certain information regarding occupations was reset. For example: If you are at grade 3 of your occupation, you should first take a mission in grade 1 and wait until the timer goes down to 5 minutes, now leave the mission. Do the same steps for grade 2 missions and leave the mission to receive the grade 3 missions.

Timer is independant for each grade mission.

So if you do a Grade 1 mission, you don't will wait to do Grade 2 mission.

i have found the new npc for taking larvas for scrollmaker in the lair entrance i got confused from the sentence u mentioned also.

Well, no answer, but now i think that was a "typo" and should have been Cartographer, not Scrollmaker.
