Since it was removed by the moderators, then obviously the idea is not something that they wish to participate in, sorry. If it's not something you care about, then you shouldn't be upset about it.

How does a company that does not own the game/own the rights to the game/have anything to do with the game give you permission to do something that is clearly listed in the End User License Agreement as not allowed? Get a life.

If it is not allowed in the EULA then it is also essentially breaking your contract with nevrax. And by breaking the contract you are also breaking the LAW.

Not to mention the dense imorrality of doing something like that. The people behind IGE have ruined too many games. They should not be allowed to ruin this one.

You cannot advertise it on these forums, in the game, or in the Klients chat. It's against the Code of Conduct, and can potentially result in having your account banned.

This does not sound like you had permission. At least from the people running THIS game. Which are the ones that matter since it is their game and their forums.
