Lord, I'm glad the story has a happy ending! For me personally, this story will motivate me to be more active. I'm 34, I do smoke, I don't get enough excercise... I'll be joining you in the daily walking for sure I guess that's a start, at least. Anyhow, it's good to hear that you're well on the road to full recovery!

Glad that you are still with us and that you are taking control of your health. Try taking your wife on walks too, cuz having a partner that exercises with you can be a big help.

Hmm...if life is this unfair is that a hint that everyone should take up drinking, smoking and coffee? At least now I see no reason giving it up...

Not recommended, cuz that is what my dad did and he was not able to recover... at age 46.

treat your heart well, and maybe taking a bit of time off from kitin hunting might not be a bad idea. They do seem to have a nasty habit of sneaking up on us homins.

exercise is good for everybody, its hard to remember when digging and kitins are so much fun though ;P
