Would it really be so horrible to have some sort of system set up where ambassodors from each guild have debates/discussions on how to deal with Kitin invasions.
Alright man, you talked me into it. Once we set it all up though, can we vote you off the island?

You can't have a discussion without making it into personal attacks can you?

Sure I can. But only with people who argue within the realm of reason and logic.

You won't even admit that the Mektaub outside of the stables in every town could be considered as mounts before the storyline of patch 1 tells you that people from a distant land are bringing the 'secret of mounts'. You're the one that's chosen to ignore this basis I choose to argue on so now there's no reason to bother with logic when dealing with you.

When you get to the point where you feel that way you either A) turn around and walk away or B) hang around and make an ass out of yourself.

You choose poorly.

I didn't ignore it, I just don't agree with it.
Fact: No NPC or player has yet to ride one.
Therefore it is my opinion that the story they published is a good one because it explains why no mounts have happened.

I have an opinion, I give reasoning by using facts. My thinking and my arguement is logical.

Now unless you care to take part in a discussion without personally attacking me, I suggest you keep quiet.

Should you be giving him orders without a UN type commitee vote ?

Do his personal attack on me have an effect on all of the world of Atys? If so, then use I think it should be up for a UN type vote.

Ok Raynes.....I see what you mean about influences for the patches. When I first responded I thought you were meaning in game events.

The system that should be implemented by Nevrax when questioning the players about patches is to not listen to guilds, but instead make each person voice their opinion separately. That way a guild cannot say "we have 200 people that think this". Instead, each of the 200 people must say it themselves. Doing this would make is so the majority wins no matter what each guild thinks.

They could do this by taking advantage of the "poll" feature in the forums. Each account would have one vote.

I was referring more to ingame events. :) I really don't think any players should have a say in what patches are made of or what the devs do on that side of things.

I mostly wanted to have a discussion on the matter. I see that the majority of players don't agree with me. That is fine. I'm still glad I posted and heard peoples thoughts.

LOL.

In game....I think there should be some rules about how many outposts a guild can have, but only to ensure that each guild has the opportunity to hold an outpost.

But maybe, if the devs are creative, they could have enough mob raids on the outposts that it would be very difficult for a guild to hold alot of outposts. If a large guild had too many outposts, they would need to spend all of their time defending outposts. Eventually, a guild would find the number of outposts they could hold while still accomplishing other tasks.
