I stayed away from twitter for a long time because it seemed to me like a tool to broadcast insignificant information minute by minute. But now that some significant information is going to be posted there I'm almost tempted to install it on my cellphone.

Bring free trial CD's to the gaming convention, and hand them out.
Maybe even arrange an ingame competition afterwards for 6 months of free gaming for one of the newcomers.
