I want to stream live the first tower going up...

...like I am right now at my site (in the siggy.)

So, I am parked at the area that is almost done, and I used to map to pretty much go to the spot it's indicating..do we think a tower will just pop up, or will it need a server re-start, or what? I wanna' film it.

Any input would be appreciated!

I expect that nothing will happen until the end of the event, at which point all towers that have been completed will be simultaneously put in. Simply because that's what was done with the temple event, and it would be the easiest way to do it. But it would be neat if the towers were put in place as soon as the 100% was reached, and perhaps the devs will surprise us yet.

I'll stay parked there over the next few days just in case.

The tower will certainly not insta pop because it's not a moveable element (like mobs or chests). So the dev should restart the server to place it on the map.

Not necessarily. The temples were popped before our eyes. (Which was quite unrealistic really, seeing it suddenly appear out of thin air ) Seems they just need to 'prepare' such objects with a patch and can then place them at any time.
