NO Pre-Order Code?

I can't close this thread, but email support finally fixed everything for me. Thanks Nevrax for your prompt service and beautiful game!


The last email I received regarding this on Aug. 9th said this about pre-orders...

Gamers who pre-order The Saga of Ryzom before launch receive exclusive benefits including access to the advanced testing server, where new content is introduced first, and a special in-game item, the Armlet of Atys.

At the bottom of the email there is more:

Pre-order today to receive the Armlet of Atys. Don't be the only early settler without your badge of faith! EBGAMES GameStop amazon.com amazon.ca

So we pre-ordered through amazon.ca, using the link provided in the email, and waited and waited. We waited so long for the game (they said it was back ordered) that we went down to the local eb and bought a copy to play while we waited for our pre-order and the pre-order code. So we finally got the "pre-order" last week, it was mailed out Oct. 18th and was ordered back in September. We received a packing slip, but no word on the pre-order code. Amazon says they don't know what we're talking about. We have on the packing slip a 17 digit order ID number and also next to the quantity there is a 10 digit alpha numeric code and under that a 8 digit alpha numeric code. Are any of those the pre-order code? Really it would be nice if we could clear this up. Thanks for an awesome game!

Hmmmm. I'm going to have to get annoying. Repeated in-game support requests and phone calls might work...

Hello there. I was wondering about pre-order codes. I was a FBT and pre-ordered FROM Amazon.ca before the game was released. I have finally received my box, my packing slip and the email verification of my pre-order after a long wait. They said that the game was back-ordered, so I ran out and bought another copy at the local EB while I was waiting for the pre-order. Now the pre order has been here for two weeks and still no code? The circlet of atys is nice, but access to the test servers would be even more fun. Really what's the point of a pre-order if it gets here like a month after retail release? So far I've paid shipping and for an extra box for nothing.
