Everything you said is subjective, tentitans.
Ryzom is unique. Comparing it to other MMOs is like apples vs. oranges: Both fruit, and some people prefer one over the other, but they are definitely not the same and there can be no inherent superiority.

Re: F2P or P2P?
I know this sounds harsh, but I'm actually glad Ryzom doesn't appeal to the common WoW/War/etc. player. It's different and attracts a different playerbase, that easy.
And as most of us experienced, the latest "attempt" to push it more into the mainstream direction with the introduction of Outposts and Faction PVP kind of split the community and made many player leave the game.
Ryzom = many homins fight vs even more kitins. That's what they initially advertised with.

Also if you look over past threads you will find Ryzom's playerbase is excited to pay for the game they love. Many ppl here have hung on through 2 bankruptcies to support a truly remarkable game.-Kil
