As for choosing a name that fits a specific culture, you might find it helpful and inspirational to look at the names of the NPCs of that culture

Ballistic Mystix have a great site, including an NPC finder:

Try making a search for:

"pyr" for Fyros names
"zora" for Zoraï names
"fairhaven" for Tryker names
"yrkanis" for Matis names


Or alternatively make a search for an NPC type like "Raw materials merchant". Then use the information on NPC location to distinguish between cultures:

"Burning Desert" is Fyros
"Witherings" is Zoraï
"Aeden Aqueous" is Tryker
"Verdant Heights" is Matis
