One guess would be, that one of your accounts is chuckle7, as that is the login you are using here.

i have the same problem and sent an email over a week ago, so far i've yet to have a reply, needless to say if this is average customer support i wont be playing when the game goes live again, nor will i be recommending Ryzom to anyone i know, which is a shame as its a good game, let down by poor support.

Thank you for your time, but we have since figured out one of them and that the account is non-existant. I am not too suprized as we had them during the beta and a little while after, right up to ring beta.
