Shard not available - help

What does this mean!?!?

I was setteling down to watch some PVP when i get kicked from the game and when i try and re connect this happnes when i try and accept the terms of service agreement button.

What if it doesnt fix itself by tomorrow. What the HELL will i do with my day off?

Just probably a server restart or something...

Should be temporary, I think we triggered a server crash somehow, check the other threads about it, I'd guess it'll be a quick reboot... but I could be wrong..
