Can't create a new window display 1240x768

I did everything explained in the sticky thread, but unfortunately I am still not able to play the game, i get the same messages.

Observations:
My computer meet the minimum/recommended requirements but my video card is "onboard?" I guess, and also my monitor is widescreen (1360x768, 32bits)
