Not of the PC itself, but of whatever window I'm trying to install from. I downloaded it from Server 1 on the site, and it appears to be a complete file, but it's just not installing. I moved it onto my desktop to see if that helped, and it didn't.
I'm now attempting to download and install it via uTorrent, but I'd really like to just install it quickly.
