Incantation Failed

Well i think that the title says it all.
This bug is really starting to #@<# me off!
I go hunting, i cast an offensive spell (doesnt matter which one so dont ask )
I then cast an affliction spell (usually offensive like root or blind but once again it makes no difference )
I then go to cast another offensive spell (lets say cold 7 just to stop u asking which one)
Incantation fails! EVERYTIME!
the only way to stop this happening (and it only works sometimes) is to relog otherwise EVERY SINGLE OFFENSIVE SPELL cast after an afflicting spell will fail with the words .. INCANTATION FAILED.. will appear, so u basically have to double cast all offensive spells that follow a affliction spell (well i do anyway)
Do not try to say its what im wearing or my staff or my spells they are all fine and were working well until patch 14 when this really got going (before patch14 it happened only about 70% of the time) and NO its not the mobs attacking me that causes the failure (before u ask that stupid question) as they are still over 40m away.
This bug has got me killed so many times i have lost my sense of humour about it.

And while ur at it please add patch 1 because this bug ( and lack of content) is going to drive even a hard liner like me out of the game really soon if u guys at nevrax dont sort it very soon i will leave the game (and i dont want to but i dont need the stress thanks and dying over and over due to a bug is VERY stressful).
