Holey rusted metal batman.

Post by seedyman »

just playing in ATS ...Eeek. Monsters are bigger and tougher (except sucky yubos)

don't get complacent about knowing what you can kill, you won't be able to kill the same name of critter as before.

Hmmm, I suppose I should redouble my efforts in seeking new armor and weapons then, eh?

Lets just say, if you are used to killing vigorous gingos with ease, and growling gingos with difficulty; soon you will die almost instantly from the VIGOROUS ones.

Monsters are tougher but I find they have far less HP than before so it's fast to kill them.

<gulps again, this time it catches in her throat>

Ummm, thanks for the warning!

<runs just outside the city gate to see if she can still kill suckling yubo's>

<runs back inside the gate with a yubo carcass and 3 hit points left, holds up the carcass for all to see>

I did it! :D

Oh come on, cannot be difficult beyond reason. If they hit harder but have less hp, its quite fair no ? Well was wondering when the day would come that i would have to run from a gingo again *is nostalgic* :)
Am i supposed to write something witty here ?

Oh look, it's non sequitur man.

Ok, seriously.

They pretty badly mangled harvesting by now.
example:
Harvest credits have a progression of
7, 10, 13, 24, 64, 82 for the first six

gentle extraction q50 costs 20
harsh extraction q50 costs 16

with 2 points each for the first aggressive rate and time you can't add anything else, unless you go with 64 point harvest action. :(

On a serious note, why don't harvesting credits progress in the same way as the rest of the credits in the game? This would allow for more customization and fine tuning for harvesting IMO. Just a thought.
