Safety Lock issue.

As the title says, My safety lock won't reset and I can't deactivate it. My little brother thought it would be funny to put it on ( he put it on for 10 hours and 17 min) while I went to the toilet. I tried setting it to 1 min and relogged, that didn't work. Then I tried waiting the 10 hours and 17 min and reset it to 1 min and relogged, that didn't work too. After I reset it to 1 min I waited the 3 days required and that didn't work at all without touching it. Now My inventory is full and I can't sell, drop, trade at all and can't finish my quests because I require 1 empty slot in my inventory( my bank is full too).

So any way to close this safety lock crap down?

there is no inventory lock that i know of (been here only 4 years, so may be wrong ofcourse), and also, there is no bank.
