VERY old Account now free two?

Excuse my stupid question, i already did a search an all, but havent found a
real answer to my problem.

I bought Ryzom at launch some years ago. Today i heard of the F2P type
thing, which, even if its temporary, made me want to visit Atys once more.

(It should be MUCH more advertised though!)

Now id love to see my old character (i remember him having lots of this white
and black ore... might sound funny now, but it really was a treasure back in
the release days lol).

Is it possible to get that account unlocked? Could someone please point me
to how i get that done?

I am really looking forward seeing Atys again after all those years. Man, ive
gone through some crazy **** since then

Welcome back!

I think all you need is to remember your old account name and password. If not available, go in clients, or send an email to support-ee@ryzom.com.

That would be great! I already logged in to it. It worked fine, but wouldnt let me post on the boards.

Ill try once my client is fully dowloaded. Looks like iam visiting a totally different Atys as the one ive left

Unsubbed accounts cannot post on the forums but can play, that's the compromise that the new owners found since the billing system isn't back up yet.

To expand on kalindra's post, unsubscribed account can't post at all, and Free Trial accounts are only able to post in the following forums for the community they are registered to:

• Saga
• Ryzom Ring
• Newcomer Welcome
• Guilds
• Customer Support

Old unsubscribed accounts can play just fine, but some very (very very) old accounts are so old they're not on all the systems, and so can't access the game.
