Game doesnt launch

I receive the error just after click the client_ryzom_rd.exe :

Runtime error!

This application has requested the runtime to terinate it in an usual way

It works now after reinstalling my antivirus but game makes shut down pc randomly after some time.

Overheating?

How can be overheating if i have a very good cool master case and the processor is also vell cooled and didnt do any overclock yet cause the pc just arrived. All latest drivers installed. I changed to opengl and now it seems it was stable but right now i had artifacts in screen which seems to be cause the graphic card, a sapphire 4870 but its not overclocked. Screen goes with artifacts and then went green and had to reboot the pc manually cause was blocked.

Today's GPUs get hot enough to fry eggs on if they aren't properly cooled, (overclocked or not) just a thought.

Yes, but mine is, i have read forums where ppl say they have their 4870 to 79Cº and i have mine in 67º
