I cannot connect

I had this problem this morning when I first got my account, but I am running vista so if futzed around with the security settings and was able to log in and play for a while.

Tonight, when I got home, I couldn't log in. I came to the forums and saw the post about installing on vista. So, I uninstalled the game (except for the "saved games" I think it was called) and ran the install as an administrator. I cut and pasted into the "my documents" folder, launched the game....and still the game wouldn't connect.

Any help would be appreciated.
