Question regarding our new freebie accounts

So, I have this cool new account and am starting to play on Silan. Eventually, I am going to complete all of the quests and jump to the mainland. Hopefully within 1-2 weeks.

What will happen to my character/account if he is on the mainland and billing is implemented. Will I be locked out until I establish a payment? What happens if I haven't made the jump over to the mainland and billing is established? Will I be locked to Silan until I set up payment?

Inquiring minds want to know!

I would imagine that you'd be locked out of game if you are on the Mainland when billing is re-established, and you'd still be be able to play on Silan if you remain there - you just wouldn't be allowed to go to the ML for free anymore
