Hey people, been very long time, or seems so.

How long till can resign in. problems here.
had financial difficulty (who does not) prior to ryzom killing all billing then later going offline.
In the meantime, all avatars were unsubbed.
and in meantime from then till now, have multiple reformats, change hard drives, crashed hard drives, etc.

Reviewed old hard drive that thought had been hit by lightening 4 months back, but did not throw it away.
Found the ryzom save file on it, copied to current computer, however, in upgrading other programs that maintained my passwords, the passes for all of those has been lost.

how long till support, log creation, comes back up or support comes back up to where can recover passes...?
will be more than glad to resub as soon as am able.. but have to connect prior to..

Our next step in the coming days will be to re-open the servers for free - a VIP access to all our former Homins to thank them for their patience (to be specific, all the players who had a paid account at the time of the closure of servers).

Then, for the second step, we will allow new adventurers and travellers to come and tread the soil of our beautiful planet Atys!

The servers will be available for the 'VIP' players in the next few days, and then some time after that new accounts will be able to be made.

I'm heartbroken that I didn't receive an email, I was active until the last day.
