My most embarrassing day in Ryzom

... my brains are a little dry now but I believe my most embarrassing day in Ryzom was somewhere during my first month of playing when somebody treked me to Enchanted Island (+Torkan up, the old version of Torkan, surrounded by extremely allert guards) with my newly acquired mek. Somehow I managed to die and never could reach again the kara TP where the mek was waiting. Somewhere by the end of the day, with Snake and Moya to help and with some millions dp gathered all day long trying I got to that poor mek.

I may come with some more stories of the sort if you inspire me

I probably have two...

My first sup 250 amps. I accidentally sold them... three hours after I got them. I've forgotten who made them for me, but I apologise! :/

And then there was the time I was running away from doggies, and ran into Pei's cave. No-one had told me he was aggro.

Oh the countless attempts to go jugula hunting with Gyms

Always ended up with millions of dp and no exp at all

Pretty embarrasing but so funny sometimes especially when you start to scream in vent

Hmmm, my most embarrasing moments...

First that comes to mind is when we had a discussion in guild chat about politics, and I accidently said something in Yrkanis region chat instead, something about how we were going to manipulate all the other guilds for our own benefit I think. (Not that we really were, ofcourse. *cough*)

Ah, and a few times during my earlier months where I acted like the stereotypical dumb nuker. First running into two zerx, then when the tank manages to get both off me, trying to nuke one again from up close thus attracting it's attention back to me, and then trying to run away from it right into yet more zerx.

Oh yes, that time when I asked a random passerby to help me rez a friend from under a cuttler, and then got us both killed.

That's all I can remember for now. If you'd ask me for the opposite, my crowning moments of awesome, I think they'd all be during treks, when we made it through despite a dozen close calls.

hmmm have to be the several times i died to gingo's outside of yrk depsite being a 225 ele and and 180 melle

... i have always dreaded gingo's

in my own defense i was in focus gear

Right now, my Ryzom memory is kind of lacking. I'm sure though, that my most embarrasing moments have been mistells. I always mistell the damndest things. I learnt from Sekhmet.

Eventually I learnt to occasionally mistell for "political" benefit, but that's not embarrasing, just a teeny bit manipulative. Ha! Manipulation and politics, hand in hand!

Heh, I was truly the queen of the mistell. Plants would have to be my specialty for embarrassing moments...particularly wiping an entire team when I mistargeted.

Logged out one day in Dyron, tired from digging.
Logged in the next evening, right under Cherkins feet and was dead before the UI had even loaded... Got rezzed by a random digger passing by and ran to him, not realizing Cherkin still had my scent, so to say. About two seconds after I had typed "Thank you!" we both were dead again... -.-

And no-one around to rezz, it was pretty late evening...

Most of my embarrasing moments came here on the forums after drinking too much, still ashamed at a couple of my posts that were intended to stir but worded very wrongly

Other than that, yep, mistells will be the death of me. Had one a month or so after launch when pretty much 90% of trykers were evolution and mistelled a plot to overthrow the HO/leader (parianna/sky) driving them out of business whilst speaking to my evil plotter acamp. We were trying to reduce prices in the lakelands to make things more affordable (those days even guildies had to pay for stuff so that crafters could improve at the rate that fighters were leveling). In guild competition is good I guess, it made Evo sucessful in the early days anyway, but caused me a red face.

Plenty of moments where mr hero (me) trys to save that day but ends up getting eaten by gingo on the way lol.

crafting in heavy armour about once a month, you`d think i`d learn.

Im sure i remember a time when me, kye and fasi(?) sprinted away from wikah too lol
