I think He did everything fine, he is mad and I don't blame him, If he made a thread with his topic he would probably get it deleted. And he use CAPS to illustrate is EMOTION on the subject. And YES there is a point to mentioning it in this forum it is ABOUT RYZOM!

Ok so if i follow what your saying you must agree with that :

Exemple :
You've got a problem with your internet connection.
You call your ISP and yell at the support guy that answer you.
The guy check your connection, fix the problem...

So thats fine right ? no problem here ?

WRONG

The guy that answered you was not the source of the problem.
Nor was the ISP, you no errors happen, in real life, everywhere, they are inevitable.
Plus the guy fixed your problem, there was no need to yell.

It's funny, an official person from the game gives them a contact number. A player points out that you can't download unless you supply an email address and the original poster never responds again. Guess it shows that there is more to the original post than meets the eye.

Run the client_ryzom_rd.exe in your new ryzom folder.

HELP. I have downloaded the game only to find out that I could not unzip the file. I then downloaded WinAce to extract all the files and now I don't know which file it is to launch the game. I too have paid for this game and would like to play it! Any suggestions PLEASE.

It should be an exe file to launch the game. For instance on my ryzom cd I click on the setup.exe icon to install the game.
