Broken preorder Armlet

I entered my preorder code for my Armlet of Atys and created a new character and had an item on me that says item:<NotExistpre_order.sitem> looks some kind of coin item but I cannot equip it or do anything with it I pre ordered from EBgames and had to call them to actually get an email with the code and it appears to not even work

Any help would be greatly appreciated

It's a shield, have you tried equipping it in your left hand?

same thing happened to me, i cant equip it. I have tried equiping it on all parts of my body, but no luck.... something is really wrong with the name of it. No way would they intentionally call this special item a <NotExistpre_order.sitem> like mine is.

It's already been mentioned by GMs theres an error with the shield, you are not to use it or trade it until further notice.

Great, thanks My children are finally going to let me play lol, and I was happy to see a response to the thread

I have the same label on my armlet but its not broken... If you started out with a harvest tool or a staff in your hand you are holding a two handed weapon. The game will not allow you to equip the armlet unless you unequip the two handed items. Once you do that it shows up on the left hand as a shield. just right click on your right hand and take the weapon off then right click on the armlet and click equip.

yeah, well what if the armlet isn't even in your inventory? i'd call that even moreso broken >_> i entered my preorder code, and i never got my item, and i upgraded my beta account (i was in FBT for two minutes, then my computer crashed) and never got my title or action, and i never got my in-game character name, either

If you preordered from EBgames some of their armlet codes didnt seem to work found out this was a common bug or something just call EB back up and request another code they will give you another over the phone or email you a new one. The Armlet does work for me just like every one said just have to unequip any 2handed item you might have equiped then you can put it on like a shield and it works with 1handed weapons too. Hope its fixed soon and works like it should with correct name and maybe functions as a shield too would be nice instead of just looking different.
