Crafter mission 2 broken?

I buy the materials, and the quest updates, but when I make the boots, nothing happens. I cant compleat the quest, pls help.

2 days ago all quests on Silan was working. (tested by one young matis)

I got it to work, but I had to make one boot with the general materials to get it to uppdate :-/
