can't connect to Atys

The game crashes while checking for updates/patches. The patcher process try to get some file called "ryzom_00610.idx" and crashes with some "curl downlaod failed" message. Here is the part of client.log :

Searching for solutions i have tried without success follow things:

1)deleted all *.idx files from 'ryzom/unpack' folder
2)ipconfig.exe /flushdns
3)run 'client_background_downloader_rd.exe' manually. It says impossible to load version infos.
4)my firewall has rules for all the required executables.

Please can anyone help me ? does anyone has experienced same problem ?

Solved the problem

Solution : Rename the whole 'unpack' folder -> unpack.OLD
patcher replaces it after connect to the patch server.

Now happen again and this time that solution won't work

you probably need to modify windows hosts file and add "91.121.7.176 dl1.gfsrv.net" to it
