I click the "START" button and nothing really happens.

...I have some strange problem with the game...
...I've installed it, made a character...and when i click "START" button, screen goes black for ...2 seconds? And then nothing happens - I am being redirected to "Making character screen". No information about errors, no connection problems - just nothing.
...Can someone help me to solve this problem?
