First your purchase wasnt made by Nevrax and is not directly related to Ryzom (even if its about the game). You should contact the website were you buyed the game and try to get things fixed.

You should have posted a more precise topic that doesnt tell people not to buy the game and you shouldnt have used all caps. There is also no point in mentionning this in the forum, get the contact from the site you purchase the game.

3 days ago, I "bought" this game online with my credit card. I thought it was odd that I got no confirmation, other than "purchase successful". I was not directed to a download. I was not directed to a registration.

So..... I thought perhaps the download wasn't truly available and that my credit card would not be charged. After all, I DON'T HAVE THE GAME, RIGHT?

WRONG!!! This am, I have a $60 USD charge from Jolt. There is NO WAY to contact them. The support link directs me to enter my username, etc etc.. I HAVE NO USERNAME. I WAS NEVER ALLOWED TO REGISTER!

Needless to say, I'm disputing this charge.. good luck to the rest of you. It seems there are many threads on this forum attesting to lack of customer support and possibly outright fraud.

If you bought it with your credit card, on your bill it should have the number to call of where the charge was made. Call them and explain what happened.

First there is no way to buy the game from http://www.ryzom.com. There is a link to Jolt to buy the game online. If you have problems contact jolt, nevrax has nothing to do with that.

Nevrax shares the blame, you let your game be downloaded by a bad site?

You're the only one who had problems with ryzom's download.

What I think is that you made an error filling the e-mail adress, for example, and so that's why you had no mail confirmation, no link for download and so on...

So, I think you're really great, blaming Ryzom (the game) instead of Nevrax (the company) or Jolt (the seller) :-p ...

Maybe you can be angry at yourself, making such an error. But don't blame anyone else and try to contact Jolt, the only one who can attest the money transaction and therefore correct the error...
