Pop-UP Error In Game?

I was wondering If anyone knew why I am constantly getting a "Please Wait" pop-up message in the game?
It doesn't bother me other than the fact that it "pauses the game" and "never allows me to continue the game until I restart".
Kind of sucks constantly restarting. If anyone knows a fix let me know?

uh, you have to restart the game after the lag message?
then your probably behind a router? iv heard threads about this issue... try a search for router and/or talk to a gm in game or send a email...

The post triggering was not set it the router.
