Character Gone Missing

Ok, Logged on this evening to find my main character missing from my character selection screen. I was playing her about 6 hours prior to this and logged off normally.

Character's name is Hatori.

She's just vanished totally into the blue Is there anything that can be done to retrieve her?

Eeep, really sorry to hear that, Hatori. I don't think anything can be done until we have a working dev team, but I could be wrong.

Can we make any toon backup? I have a backup save folder, this is enough?

Yeah devs can retrieve the toon Hatori ( well or the former ones could ), just DONT make a new toon in the same spot or you can make it much harder for them. Leave the slot empty.

But yah, not sure if anything can be done until new devs are in house.

And Linky, toons are being stored on server, not on your hdd. So you cant do anything at all ( if they were stored on hdd, anyone could modify their toons as much as they'd like which would be sad ).

Unfortunately it takes a dev to restore characters

As soon as we get some I'll point one of them in the direction of this thread Until then, be sure not to create a toon in the now-empty slot or it will be a *lot* harder to recover.

while we wait..when you catch a CSR on..send them a chat so we can enhance your ticket with more info.
