controls issue

Hello ya'll:

First of all I would like to say I am new at his game, haven't even played yet.
with that being said, the game installed fine. the only issue I have is when the game first starts. I log in, create character and then the problem starts. as soon as I enter the world, I have no mouse control, can't even see the pointer. there is that introductory message in the center of the screen, and I cant even click on OK to remove it.
I really am excited about this game, please assist me in resolving this issue.

Hey Montee, welcome!

What you describe happend to me 1 time.
Another time the mouse scroll wheel stopped working.

For me (re-)installing of the drivers for the keyboard and mouse fixed it. (even though the mouse & kb worked just fine in other applications, they were not recognized in Ryzom)
