Logging into the game

I just downloaded the game and i launched it.I then logged in and then it launched the Ryzom Downloader.i let it finish and then after it says Connection Error. If you have just left the game please wait 30 seconds for your character to dissconnect or something like that.it says that even though i dont have a character for it to disconnect.I uninstalled it and installed it again and tryed to log in again but the same thing happens. any idea what to do?

Hi Chime, i've heard of this before (see below threads) but not sure how to fix it. It's not you anyways.
Unfortunately the game is going through a rough time at the moment, chances are that after you fix this and log in, you will have a lot of lag. We all hope it's temporary, however i can't make you any promises.
