I'm going to try and discuss that with the other CSRs tonight to get a few options, which we'll then maybe put on a new poll to find out when the most people can attend... not 100% sure yet.

Would you all prefer a choice of dates on a poll or would you prefer us to just pick a date?

personally if it is a weekend i can make it for sure, if it is in the week its 50 / 50 i can get off work. The sooner i know the better. A poll would be the fairest way but take the longest.

Sadly - short of building myself an interesting raft that'd probably sink a few hundred meters into my journey - I'm 99.9% sure I can't make it overseas anytime soon.

i'll never make it to london either, my wife and my boss would never go for me leaving the US
