and for all those who would like to try Well - There will 100% sure be an international server. The game is in beta but closed beta so far so even some russian applications (mine for one) are not accepted.

They are trying to make the product bug free so there will be a lot of testing before it comes out in full. Taking into consideration all the interesting features like: ghostworld, police-mafia and other organisation etc. etc. It might take some time.
