• Most of us have been through this before when Nevrax went bust (this is the same situation). From what I understand, its still possible that someone will try to purchase the game, but even if anyone knew for a fact this was the case, its illegal to comment.
• The reason for the "billing changes" is that the company is bankrupt and so its illegal for it to accept money from anyone. The official liquidators are in control of all assets.
• We still don't know what's up with the servers - sorry At the moment the ring is working, so if you want to join us, that's where to be
• The CoC and EULA are all still in effect, as are the CSR contracts and so forth, so please don't do anything wrong, and understand that we can't answer everything.

I'm sure the rest of the CSRs will want to say something personally, but the overall word is that we're still around and will be until they pull the plug.

Thanks for the reply Marjo, but how is about 3 weeks free going to apply to all of us who have just paid for months in advance and some on more than one account.

Seems we have been given something for nothing and the game has been lagging so it is unplayable for hours and no sign of any change in that status. I don't know about anyone else but 3 weeks of paid for lag for free doesn't make me a happy person.
