I may answer properly to this thread in due time, but just a comment

Sinful, the owner of such a precious unique item, graciously transferred it to me when he parted ("i'll keep it till you come back..." I said). It has been safely locked in my Guild Hall since then, as a decoration. It brings too many good memories. More than the uberness of the armor (which can be improved, I'm sure of that) it's the sentimental value.

One day, before Atys collapses I will transfer it to some worthy homin, or maybe, just maybe give it back to either its rightful owner or, if need be, the legendary crafter that created it.

ps: it was crafted right when there one one-true Heavy Armorer Crafter and the kitin larva were obtained "legally, two at a time", with a lot of patience, if you wanted to know.
