My name is Fik and i'm new to Atys. I got tired with the standard streamline MMOs out there currently. I played DAoC for 2-3 years and after the 5th expansion it just wasn't the same anymore. I went to SWG and loved that and then the Combat Update came out and I have been "mmo-hopping" for a while now trying to find something that hooked me like DAoC used to and over time I figured out it was the community and worldy feel of the game. WoW and GW ect just didn't have that for me. I started the trial yesterday and wound up being hooked and getting nothing accomplished on my day off other than maxing Fighting and Magic skills on the island. After forcing myself to log off I think I found something really great and wish I had stumbled upon it sooner. Anway just wanted to say Hi and see you all in Atys =)
