Patch Failed Error

im new to the game, and am really looking forward to playing (whenever i finally can play) and after installing the game and going through the login screen, it starts to do the patch, which goes through fine ntil the most recent patch. at the almost very end of this patch, it stops and says patch error, giving me the two links, quit and help. i was wondering if any of the admins had any help to offer. yes, i hav tried both moving my folder into documents and changing the properties. i am a vista user, and i hav also tried logging into the game through admin, which doesnt work. i am currently on kl;ients seekin advice, but replies to this help too

I am not a new player and I had that same problem. I tried to d/l the patch 7 times and got the same "patch failed" message. Finally, on attempt #8... I got it. Slippery little devil.

I am having the same issue. The patcher gets to 99.21% then says patch failed. I've tried more than 8 times and it still doesn't work can anyone help with this?
