Site error on subscriving to news/newsletters

on the ryzom site, you have the right most section and in it you have the "Stay in touch" section.

If you try to submit your email to get news/newsletters you get an error message. Anyone else having the same problem ?

Here is what I did :

check ON both selection news/newsletter
entered my email
click "Submit"

and I get following error :

Hmmm... come to think of it, I can't remember the last time I got a newsletter or an email response to paying my bill.

I tried with 2 emails as I thought somehow the first time the error was telling me my email wasn't in any member's emails.

So no, I have not received anything (unless it takes more a couple hours ?).


By the way, I always tended to have bugs at the office that no one seamed to have. At one time, people were afraid of me touching their PC. But one day, while talking to my manager, I put my hand on his monitor without any intentions and POUF!!!!, his monitor died !!!!

I guess that is one of the reasons why I winded up in application support ?

I know I used to be signed up to the newsletter but I havn't received any news alerts for months so I assume it's broken. One day they'll get to work on the website I guess...
