Banned?

Got the, "Banned from Ryzom Permanently" message spamming my screen when I logged in today. I don't think I said or did anything that was against policies, so I'm assuming this is a bug or error. Can someone please straighten this out for me? Thanks much in advance.
PS....If this is not an error, you might want to send emails to banned accounts so they know they are banned and for what reason

edit: okay found similiar thread and will try some stuff out to get resolved....

Yeah, i just checked out Blaahs suggestions but I am not sure I am looking in the right place. My Ryzom loader is real slow right now so something is real wrong. Luckily, I love things like this. Unfortunately, my computer skills are weak so I may end up fyros-ing my computer

The suggestions blaah gave for fixing the perma-ban bug work in 99% of the cases. If you continue to have problems after applying the fix, try a windows system restore to a couple of days ago or flush your dns cache while rebooting your router. Again if you need further assistance please feel free to come into Klients.

Well never got out of the relaunch loop so I did some hard core dumping and cleaning- didn't have to mess with OS . Dropped all the ryzom stuff including registry stuff. ReDL launcher and things are smooth again. Thanks Daestny and Avenna for your help yesterday.
