Invasions in North American Community (compared with french community)

May I introduce myself ? I am Meshail, a Zoraï from the french Community of Atys and I come up to you (despite the ocean) to get information about invasions.

In fact, we have noticed that our world is very rarely subject to invasions. Indeed only Matis and Fyros have encountered (one time) this kind of event.

It is why, we would like to know if the North American Community are more lucky than us and have already fought against many Kitins (or Goo) invasions.

Moreover, one question for our Zoraïs brothers: did you face up to an (or several) invasion(s) ? If yes, which kind of invasions ?

Yes indeed - even the starter Zorai Island has been invaded with Kipees.
I have had to fight of whole armies of weeny kipees - I must have killed hundreds of them - they came 2 at a time - just an endless stream of them.
In the end I gave up and left for another island - I guess the starter Island was taken over by them - I havent been able to contact anyone on that Island since - all dead I guess.

At any rate, mescyr, I think that there isn't much difference between your French server and the NA one. I know there was a raid in Matis and an event in Zorai lands dealing, I believe, with Shaman Oba. I'm also fairly certain the Fyros had an event, but it was not a kitin invasion; it was a kidnapping. Tryker have yet to see any events.

I don't know that this is a bad track record. This game is very new. Give it time; the invasions will come. I think that many people are still getting up-to-speed, while a few are growing restless.

The raids where held on all 4 servers at the same time

The event in Zoran was a quest to find a lost sister which one of our fine guilds did in fairly short order, but, as far as we know, had nothing to do with Oba (although you never know). We have yet, however, to see a kitin invaison. I wouldn't expect to see any until Patch 1 goes live...

As far as I know there have been two events for the Zorai. The first was when the hero came and told us to be prepared for a Kitin invasion. The second was to find some girl. I heard there was a Kitin invasion but I wasn't online when it happened so I can't confirm that.

My guess is that things will really kick in when the story actually starts. Which is a whole patch away. I wish there was some way to convince the devs to put some story stuff in the first patch. It would do wonders for the game.

The only Kitin invasion was in Matis lands.
