I have returned!

Greetings all,

After taking a break from Ryzom (due to a rather abrupt and unwelcome array of life changes), I have returned. I haven't really been in-game much since I resubscribed yesterday, but I plan to dig in a bit this weekend.

So... how's the community since the turn of the year? The forums look a bit light in quantity of posts from when I last logged in... have things slowed since last year? I've been out of the loop.

Anyway... good to be back, and I can't wait to see you all in-game!

Hey Welcome back Andarr, last time I saw you, I was still in the Kami alliance, heh. (If ya wanna know why I left send me a tell ingame sometime, this is not a good place for it(AND no, I didn't go Kara just left the alliance.) ... Hope you have fun now that you're back ... I got some life changes comin up myself, that will probably remove me from game for a few months. But im in and out till then

There is a fair amount of activity ingame during the last few months at the "start/low" zones, The new faces are arriving all the time, and several 'old' homins...such as yourself....are returning.
GF has started to run ingame events, added the gambling wheel, and tweaked some of the game code....
The forum is quiet recently I have noticed...but this is a good thing, not many complaints/disputes/flames....

Good to know! it would be sad to see the world empty all the time. It's hard to group by yourself... lol

Oh very good... hopefully the tweaks are beneficial. lol How is GF anyway? I haven't had any previous experience with them (that I am aware of... lol)

LOL - point well taken. So there aren't as many Kami vs Kara threads anymore? lol I remember things getting pretty wild here sometimes.

Nah, Giving my house away to the historic foundation here (since its "pre-civil war") and gettinga new house built... hopefully wthin the next month or so it will get started, Gonna be interesting if they move my old house across town like they want too ... So yeah,durring the cunstruction period, I may go live in Connecticut, and I wont be on at all most likely.

Long story shortish

*edit* getting a new house, since in the end this house would cost MORE to repair.
