Hi everyone,

Well after a long time reading about the community and other things decided to try the game out mainly for the PvP I think its good they added all eliments for those who want to.

Not really seen much info on the FvF PvP so if anyone would like to let me know your more than welcome to reply.

I currently in a guild that cover alot of games maybe try bring some over if I make a possitive post in my community forums you never know. Been looking through loads of games and I always get attrected to Ryzom I guess I never bothered with the game because I didn't know there was PvP guess we learn somthing new everyday

Anyhow this was supposed to be a quick hello.

Hello there,
The PvP here is 'mostly' consent,
There are Outposts in Ryzom that are guild 'owned' and this is where most of the 'productive' PvP takes place. Though the Outposts are guild owned it is limitations in the game mechanics that are directing PvP into faction wars...the game allows a LOT of players to fight at these outpost battles which is a nice feature.

The starting island gives you a good idea of basic game mechanics but no idea of the vast scope and politics of the mainland.
There are often established players on Silan with alts who will be happy to sit and explain in depth aspects to you ( I am not PvP involved myself so can't be specific in my information).....

If your strictly a PvPer, this may not be the game for you. There is a wealth of other things that make Ryzom stick out, but PvP is limited "typically" to consentual duels and OP battles. Neither are frequent...
