disable self reboot in windows, then blue screen can be quite helpful to see whats wrong.

blue screen usually means - temperature/hardware problem (ram is failing ?) or driver crash.

I'd agree, it sounds like a heat problem. If you have the graphics turned up, your working your card pretty hard. Try with much lower settings and crank things up as results change.

Tryed playing without AA - got same problem. Dont want to lower graphics settings in Ryzom, becuse it will look bad :( And i hardly belive that Ryzom more demending then s.t.a.l.k.e.r. (it work fine with maximum settings) :/

Ok, we can only lead a horse to water...

I would not be playing with an NVidia card and D3D to begin with... If your not willing to troubleshoot your system there is little anyone here will be able to do to help you.

My initial post spoke of lowering settings to troubleshoot, but clearly mentioned the problem seems heat related, IMHO. Keep your higher settings which you think matter in an MMORPG, just get a video cooler... because you can tell us all day that another game MUST be more demanding on your card... In my experience I have only played one game with higher needs. Your mileage may vary, good luck to you.

Maybe it took that long for your puter to get to boiling point and then after it didn't take much effort to break again at all. :P

control panel/system/advanced/startup and recovery/automatically restart

for temps, install this
for ram test, get memtest, download and unpack iso, burn it to cd, reboot your computer from that cd (let it run all night/day ;-) .
... but i dont thnink you have ram issue. most probably heat or driver crash (BlueScreenOfDeath should give dll/vxd name and error code you can search from <insert favourite search engine here>)

Seems to me it was driver problem (using last one for 8800).

Used memtest, runed 3 hours (3 passes without any errors).

Changed GFORCE 8800 to my old one ATI Radeon X800. Dont have any crashes today (played about 7 hours at maximum settings with AA x2).

I usually roll back and update graphics drivers whenever I have that problem till I find a stable release for all games I play there is 2 games I used to have to rollback and update drivers all the time to play them without BSOD and reboots :)

Usually it is just the drivers.
