performance issues with new computer

im having some problems with game freezing, its okay if i turn settings down, but im running on a new computer dual core with a good graphics card 2 gigs of ram, i have diaxdiag file of my computer if theres a tech support perhaps i could send details to fix the problem be appreciated.

Are you running in direct 3D mode (some cards default to openGL ). Posting your comp spec and card type would help. Also, have you opened your ports if you are running a router or firewall?

I had these problems when i first started playing and doing all this stuff got me fixed right up!
