I just wanted to introduce myself, My char name is Herhartchi on the english speaking server (Arispotle?).

Downloaded the game the other day and am currently playing the trial.

Having a good deal of fun so far, i'm currently trying to learn melee, harvesting and crafting.

I'm wondering what sort of skills i should concentrate on for harvesting and crafting?

Whatever you feel like. =)

The road of crafting is long, best to pick something your going to enjoy.

For harvesting I would concentrate at the moment on the quality of the mats that you are harvesting. I found tracking a bit confusing at first, so I ended up using a lot of landmarks (in the Map), still do in fact. Especially when I locate a really good area.

This is only my opinion. You will have to work out what works best for you.

also i'm currently using dual wielded daggers as my weapon, but everytime i want to equip them i have to open up my inventory and equip each one seperately which is a bit long winded.

Is there a way to assign a button to automatically dual wield the daggers?

No keyboard shortcut but u do not need to go in inventory

On each side of the action bar are your hands, click there to equip weapon, pick, shield or crafting tools ....

I knew i could do it for the right side but i never noticed the hand on the left, DOH!
