Hi, im new here and i tried since yesterday to charge a month and after 2 years of using visa electron at wow, i tried several times with different types of payment, visa and visa electron and it always refuses the payment...

Visa cards have a lot of extra-protection built in by your card provider. Sometimes these protections block out internet transactions, sometimes they block international transactions. Sometimes both. If your card has one of these blocks set on, you can find out and authorize such charges by calling your card provider (such as your bank), and request the status of online international transactions. If it is blocked, you many ask to allow such charges. You should then be set! Well... that is if you have money in your account
